Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF)

Provides short-term, intensive case management veterans and veteran families who are homeless or housing vulnerable.
Eligibility: Individuals and families that homeless or housing vulnerable where a head of household or their spouse has served at least one day on active duty with anything other than a dishonorable discharge
