Low Income Day Care Program

(Program)

Provides eligible families with financial assistance to meet the cost of approved day care. Participants must meet eligibility guidelines and be in need of day care. Referrals are received from the Department of Social Services, day care centers, or on a call-in basis.

Eligibility: Families with income less than 200% of the Federal Poverty Level

Application Process: Appointment required; call for information

Required Documentation: Picture ID, birth certificates, social security cards, divorce, separation, or custody papers (if applicable), and proof of income
