Self-Directed Support Services

(Program)

Allows clients, along with their parents or advocates, to exercise choices around the types of supports and services they receive and who provides them. Provides a needs assessment, review of available resources and development of a financial budget. Coordinates respite support either through self-hire or agency provided.

Eligibility: Individuals ages 3 years and older with a developmental disability enrolled in the Medicaid Home and Community-Based Waiver Program
