Offers homeowners loans of up to $10,000 at 1% interest, payable over 7 years, to be used for interior and exterior home improvements.

Eligibility: Homeowners in the Outer Comstock Neighborhood

Required Documentation: Copy of the recorded deed to home, copy of declarations page of homeowner's insurance policy, proof of income for all member of the household, copy of federal tax returns from the last 2 years, bank statements for the last 3 months, copy of picture ID

Provides free financial counseling as part of Syracuse's Financial Empowerment Center for Syracuse residents.
