Assists approved lenders in providing low- and moderate-income households to own adequate, modest, and sanitary dwellings as their primrary residnece in eligible rural areas. Eligible applicants may purchase or build in an eligible rural area with 100% financing.

Eligibility: USDA Rural Development guarantees mortgage loans made by approved lenders to individuals and families meeting income guidelines for homes in eligible rural areas
