Assists very low- and low-income individuals obtain housing in eligible rural areas by providing payment assistance to increase an applicant's repayment ability. Assistance amounty is determined by adjusted family income.
 

Eligibility: Individuals and families who wish to purchase a home in eligible rural areas; call for specific eligibility guidelines
