Provides a life counseling program including comprehensive assessment, weekly therapy sessions, and weekly group attendance for teens and young adults engaging in moderate to severe drug use.
Eligibility: Teens and young adults who engage in moderate to severe drug use
Application Process: Call or walk-in for information and services
Required Documentation: Picture ID, Insurance card, list of medications, name of primary care doctor, and money for copay if required by insurance company
Fees: Varies; call for information
