SSI / SSDI Outreach, Access, and Recovery (SOAR)


Provides access to the disability income benefit programs (such as SSI and SSDI) administered by the Social Security Administration (SSA) for eligible adults who are homeless, at risk of homelessness, and have a mental illness and / or a co-occuring substance use disorder.

Eligibility: Adults who are homeless, at risk of homelessness, and have a mental illness and/or co-occuring substance use disorder
