Provides assistance and care to families immediately in the event of natural and other disasters including home fires, flood, and power outages due to storms.

Eligibility: Individuals and groups affected by a disaster

Application Process: Call for information and services

Required Documentation: Referral from fire department, EMS, or other emergency service

Fees: None

Clinton, Essex, Franklin, Hamilton, Jefferson, Lewis, and Saint Lawrence Counties
