General Immunization Clinic

(Program)

Provides vaccinations for children from 2 months up to their 19th birthday with no private health insurance coverage. Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Provides MMR vaccinations to adults 18 years and older to meet education requirements.

Eligibility: Onondaga County residents ages 2 months through 19 years without private medical insurance

Application Process: Walk-in

Required Documentation: Past immunization records (if available)

Fees: $15/visit; sliding scale is available, no one is turned away for inability to pay
