Senior Nutrition and Dining In Program

(Program)

Provides a nutritious lunch for seniors 60 years and older along with the opportunity for socialization, recreation, and health information at meal sites throughout Jefferson County. Meals meet one third the recommended daily intake and are prepared with reduced salt. Unable to accommodate special diet requests.

Eligibility: Individuals ages 60 years and older within Jefferson County and their caregivers.

Application Process: Call ahead for meal reservation

Required Documentation: No documentation required

Fees: Donations requested but optional; no one is turned away for inability to pay
