Senior Nutrition Services


Offers two meal services to seniors 60 years of age and older.

Provides home-delivered meals (Meals on Wheels) to Oswego County residents aged 60 and over, their spouse or caregiver, and persons to whom the elderly client provides care. Chilled lunches are delivered Monday - Friday, along with sandwich fixings for dinner meals. Also offers six Senior Dining and Activity Centers throughout Oswego County. Reservations are required. Transportation to the center is available for some centers. 

Eligibility: Oswego County residents ages 60 years and older and their spouse or caregiver.

Application Process: Registration / reservations required; call the dining center to reserve a senior meal or call Office for the Aging for home-delivered meals assessment

Fees: $4/day for Meals on Wheels and $3/day for the Senior Dining Program is suggested, but individuals will not be denied service if unwilling or unable to contribute. Contributions are confidential.
