Guiding Eyes for the Blind

Provides guide dogs to individuals who are blind or visually impaired.
Eligibility: Individuals ages 16 years and older who are legally blind, have completed formal Orientation and Mobility Training, walk outdoors regularly and independently using a white cane, and are able to provide full time care for a guide dog
