ACCESS at Syracuse University


Provides inclusive college education to individuals with developmental disabilities. Each student creates their own educational plan and registers for classes of their choice under the guidance of a Syracuse University Academic Advisor. Classes are completely inclusive; ACCESS students participate alongside traditionally enrolled SU students.  Mentoring is provided for ACCESS students on a one-to-one basis and the mentor assists the student with whatever he or she needs to be academically successful.

Eligibility: Persons with a developmental disability and who are Medicaid eligible
