Provides a free adoption program for seniors age 60 and older to adopt pets ages 7 and older, and waives adoption fees for active duty or persons who have been honorably discharged from the U.S. Military.
Eligibility: Adoption: Individuals 18 years or older; Project Spay Neuter Intervention Program: Low income individuals and families in need of spay/neuter services, must provide proof of income
