Residential Treatment Facility (RTF)

(Program)

Provides residential cottages or community-based group homes as well as individual and family therapy for children and adolescents who are in need of 24/7 care and treatment due to the severity of their emotional disturbance. 

Eligibility: Children and youth ages 5 to 18 years with extreme emotional disturbances

Application Process: Submit application and supporting documentation to the county Single Point of Access (SPOA)
