Oswego County Public Transit (OPT)

(Program)

Provides public transportation that includes:
  • Oswego County Public Transit (OPT) - 5 daily routes in Oswego County. 
  • Non-Emergency Medical Transportation - Assists with transportation to and from medical appointments.
  • Call-N-Ride - Curb-to-curb transportation for the Elderly and Persons with Special Needs for medical, social or personal business within Oswego County.
  • Medicaid Transportation - Certified provider of Medicaid transportation

Public Transportation Routes (as of October 1, 2019): OPT 10, OPT 10A, OPT 10B, OPT 11, OPT 12, OPT 13

Call-N-Ride routes: 
  • Zone 1 – (Sandy Creek, Pulaski, & Mexico School Districts).  The 1st & 3rd Monday of each month.
  • Zone 2 – (Fulton School District) Tuesday and Thursday each week.
  • Zone 3 – (Oswego School District) Monday and Wednesday each week.
  • Zone 4 – (Hannibal, Phoenix, & Central Square School Districts) Tuesday & Thursday each week.
  • Zone 5 – (Altmar-Parish-Williamstown School District) The 1st & 3rd Friday of each month.

Eligibility: Seniors and Medicaid eligible individuals in Oswego County
