DePalmer House

(Program)

Provides transitional housing for homeless persons who are living with HIV/AIDS. Provides an environment and level of service which enables residents to attain and maintain safe, affordable housing of their choice.

Eligibility: Homeless adults living with HIV/AIDS

Application Process: Referrals from hospitals, case management agencies, correctional facilities, drug rehab centers, shelters, and self-referrals

Required Documentation: Documentation of HIV status; verification of current financial status

Fees: Sliding scale
