Crouse Hospital Outpatient Substance Abuse Services


Provides individual, group, and family therapy. Special programming is available for parolees, pregnancy/postpartum women, monolingual Spanish-speaking clients, and individuals with hearing impairments and/or developmental disabilities. Services include relapse prevention intervention and older adult recovery services. Vocational rehabilitation is available to program participants.

Eligibility: Individuals ages 13 years or older

Broome, Cayuga, Cortland, Jefferson, Madison, Oneida, Onondaga, Oswego, and Tompkins counties
