Crouse Hospital Outpatient Rehabilitation Treatment

(Program)

Provides group therapy, educational/vocational exploration, skills for living and activities therapy for individuals struggling to abstain from chemical use. Offers a variety of treatment programs including Day Treatment, Structured Outpatient Program, Outpatient Young Adult and an Evening Treatment program for individuals who are unavailable during the day time.

Offers a Recovery Challenge Intensive Program for adults with traumatic brain injury, learning disability, developmental disability, or history of special education who meet criteria for outpatient rehabilitation substance abuse treatment.

Eligibility: Individuals ages 18 years and older struggling with chemical dependency

Application Process: Appointment required; call for information

Fees: Call to verify insurance information and sliding scale fees

Cayuga, Chenango, Cortland, Madison, Oneida, Onondaga, and Oswego counties
