Jefferson County Office for the Aging

(Agency)

Provides supportive programs designed to assist the aging population to remain independently in their homes. Programs include home delivered meals, homemaker and caregiver services, health insurance counseling, energy assistance, transportation and legal advocacy. The office works with government and community service agencies to create programs with a direct benefit to older Americans.
